Get started on your Discover Sailing Adventure with the Royal Melbourne Sail Training Academy. Learn to Sail a Dinghy and develop your skills with other like-minded individuals. Start Sailing 1
Duration: 12 hours run as 3 x 4-hour sessions over consecutive weekends.

Start Sailing 2
Your Discover Sailing journey continues as you master all of the fundamental dinghy sailing skills. Learn to Sail Dinghy on your own voyages of discovery. Topics covered include rigging of the boat, capsize recovery in deeper water, sailing a triangular course, basic sailing rules, and theory.
Duration: 12 hours (Depending on how the dates fall each month these are run either as 3 x 4 or 4 x 3-hour sessions. Check course for actual dates ).

Better Sailing
Discover Sailing in stronger winds as you develop the skills required to get maximum speed from your dinghy. You will learn towing, capsize recovery of an inverted boat, understand and identify weather and environmental conditions.
Duration: 12 hours (Depending on how the dates fall each month these are run either as 3 x 4 or 4 x 3-hour sessions. Check course for actual dates ).
