A journey towards No Man’s Land. PART TWO – She is all mine.
The negotiation was simple. There was a listed price. I placed a counter offer. So did he. We agreed. We signed. And in 48 hours, what do you know, I had a boat, a plethora of sails and a very professional looking folder of Sydney 38, One Class Design tweaking instructions. But did I say, I had a boat and she was all mine. And while there was a wonderful moment of reflection, there were also a couple of crazy realities. A 38 foot boat and a looming regatta isn’t a thing until she’s filled by a Crew. And for me, this adventure revolved around the concept of sharing the journey - the ups and the downs - with others.

An inspirational and empowering true story of the women who dared to make waves and follow along on the journey with the 24 year old skipper over the course of 167 days and 33,000 nautical miles.
"Enthralling viewing even for audiences with little to no knowledge of or interest in sailing. Maiden pays powerful tribute to a true pioneer...
