Where do I put my audit sticker?

Matador audit sticker
Pictured: Matador with 5N Category sticker
Congratulations if you’ve completed your audit and have your sticker to show your boat is compliant! Now, you might wonder:

“Can I put the sticker on the inside of the boat?”
The answer is no.

The audit sticker should be applied to the transom. And yes, that’s so people can see it. And it’s also in the NOR.

See NOR Section 5.1.2: [...] Have a safety equipment sticker affixed to the transom.

So let’s see those stickers!
