Members meetings have been held quarterly at RMYS since the 1960’s and possibly well before then. When communication was very limited, this enabled the committee to inform members of the activities and financial position of the yacht club.

The RMYS Christmas Party has just been announced and will take place on Sunday December 12th! Family, friends and children welcome! Come in your Christmas finest - Random prizes awarded!

Live Music from local favourites The Titanics will play from 3-5 PM! Santa is arriving at 2pm and will bring gifts to all children who have pre-registered using the form on our website. Public Notice - Heritage Application (Ferris Wheel)
|
|
|
Some members may have noticed that the pictured Public Notice has appeared next to our gravel carpark. This board notifies the public of an application that has been submitted for a proposed temporary Ferris Wheel to be installed in Catani Gardens.
|
The Ferris Wheel would be in place between the months of December and March.
|
|
RMYS was contacted about this application and raised the point that our Members' parking and access to the club must not be affected. Aside from that, we have no objections to the temporary project going ahead.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
