Update from the GenOA’s
|
|
|
Last Friday, May 7 we officially launched our RMYS Generational Outreach and Access (GenOA) Committee at the Millennial Mixer!
|
The GenOA committee has drafted a mission of engaging with members aged between 18-35+ and improving access to facilities to appeal to new members within this age bracket. A bar packed with younger members and friends having a great night is a hopeful sign we are well on our way...
|

Working Bee - This Sunday
|
|
|
The RMYS Working Bee has come around again and will be held this Sunday on the 16th of May. Volunteers will be required for:
|
- Sausage Sizzle
- Polishing trophies and other general cleaning duties
- Window Cleaning
- Hedge Trimming & general gardening
- Sweeping and other general duties
Please Note: All volunteers will have their Working bee levy of $26 waived from their membership fees.

I would like to tell you how much I appreciated all the hard work that went into last week’s Millennial Mixer. I went in to support Nadine’s great effort (also, for a Slushy lime green Margarita) and it really showed me how special the Olympic Bar can be.

Learn how to handle a power boat or improve on your skills of boat handling. This includes obtaining a Victorian Boat licence without further testing. You will also learn more about engines, types of craft, chart and on water navigation.
