Website Member’s Portal | My Details & Member’s Directory update
We encourage all members to log into the online members only portal on our website this week and check out 2 other sections as highlighted below that may be handy.
My Details section
After logging into the portal, click your name in the top right of the screen.
A drop down menu will appear, it’s here you can select the My Details tab.
This section allows you to;
- Check what information and contact details we have on file for you
- Submit a request for admin to update any of these details if required
- Advise whether you wish to opt out from having your primary contact number and email address published in the 2020-2021 Member’s Red Book (printed handbook) and online in the member’s directory.
- Use this section to search for email address and phone of fellow club members if you need to contact them.
- Members contact details can be viewed, unless that particular member has requested for these contact details to be silent and not published.
Those members who have already indicated for their contact details (phone numbers and email) to be silent will notice silent written alongside these fields in the My Details section of the portal.
