The Bert Ferris Cactus Cup is a prestigious sailing event hosted by the Royal Melbourne Yacht Squadron (RMYS), with a rich history dating back to 1922.
Originally known as the Cactus Cup, it was renamed in 2019 to honor J.H. (Bert) Ferris—on of our devoted RMYS historian and life member—whose contributions helped shape the event’s enduring legacy.
The re-sail will take place on 22nd of March.
