Trivia Night Friday 3 July 2015 - Booking Form

Please fill out the booking form below for Trivia Night. Teams of 8 maximum.

Cost is $15 for trivia, or $30 for the Meal Deal, which includes trivia, dinner and a glass of house wine or tap beer/cider. 

Please indicate under each member whether you would like to take advantage of the Meal Deal.

    Terms & Conditions 

    In the event that the event is cancelled, you will be notified by phone after the RSVP date of the event. A full refund will be issued. 

    If for any reason a member wishes to cancel their booking, the following terms will apply: 
    5 days prior to the event - 100% refund issued 
    2 days prior to the event - 50% refund issued 
    Less than 24 hours to the event - No refund issued
