On Saturday we didn’t have any club racing as we hosted the Tumlaren State Championships. Congratulations to Charlie Salter on Sirocco on winning the event. Don’t forget to check out the full article for all the details on the event. A huge thank you goes out to all the volunteers who helped over the weekend; Andrew Gluth, Terry Parker, Selwyn Stokes, Deb Pleuckhahn, Terry Hart, Paul Dunstan, Monica Jones and Mark Cassar and also to Henrik Vedeler for taking the gorgeous photos.

This coming weekend we have the Services Shield. It’s the final in the Rundles Edward Lumley Series, as well as the final in the aggregates. We’re still on the hunt for more volunteers to run the laid course, so if you aren’t sailing and you would like to help out, please contact me via email to racing@rmys.com.au or give me a call in the office on 9534 0227.
