The dinner menu is as follows:
- Grilled beef fillet, onion soubise, black pepper sauce, fat chips and roasted green beans
- Roasted barramundi, XO sauce, black beans, water chestnuts, spring onions and gai lan
- Grilled chicken breast, corn cream, corn tendrils, grilled cherry tomato, purple potato, chimichurri dressing
- Confit Atlantic salmon, pomme mousseline, cider jelly, watercress, apple salad, cider beurre blanc
- Pappardelle, roasted hazelnut ragout, zucchini and basil puree, pecorino
Dessert is also available for an additional $18 each:
- Lemon grass and coconut brulee, mango pineapple salad, pandan foam
- Pistachio gateau, raspberries and peaches, rose petals, honey crème fraiche sorbet, raspberry coulis
