Committees
- Select MEMBERSHIP from the toolbar then select COMMITTEES
- When searching for a Committee or Committee Member, the Term should always be ALL
Set Up a Committee
To set up a New Committee:
- Go to Options then select Committe Codes
- Select Insert from the side menu
- The Code and Title should be what you want to show in the> list on the Committees Page The Status should be A
- The Group should be the State that the Committee belongs to - may be selected from drop-down menu (Ctrl L)
- The Paid Thru Validation should be the CHAPT the Committee belongs to i.e the same as the Group- may be selected from drop-down menu (Ctrl L)
Adding a Member to a Committee
To add a Member to a Committee:
- Select Insert from the side menu
- The Type should always be COMMITTEE
- Sort By should always be RANK
- The ID may be looked up using the Ctrl L function
- The Position may also be looked up using Ctrl L
- The From and Paid Thru dates may be filled in, depending on which type of committee
To add a Member Position Type:
- Select Options then select Committee Positions
- Select Insert from the side menu
- Fill in the boxes, and click OK
