If you haven't completed the Members survey yet, there is still a few days to do so before the closing date of Monday 19th September 2011.
There are two ways to compete the survey and your answers will be completely confidential:
- Fill in the paper-version of the survey posted to you and return in the pre-paid envelope, or
- Complete the survey online by going to the website link provided in the letter.
There are paper copies available at RMYS for completion together with a collection box in the Olympic Bar, if this is more convenient.
Remember, all members who participate in this survey will be entered into a draw for one year free membership!
